An app’s presence in this catalogue is not evidence of certification, regulatory clearance, clinical validation or authorisation for a specific purpose.

1. Information for professionals

RadApps presents reference tools intended for healthcare professionals. This informational website does not assess patients, images or examinations and does not provide individual diagnoses, prescriptions or treatment.

2. Check before use

Before using any app, check its intended purpose, target population, version, units, exclusions, references and limitations. Review inputs and outputs against current guidance and clinical context. Calculators and classifications can produce inappropriate results when used outside their scope.

3. Clinical judgment and responsibility

Results must not be the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment or urgent decisions. Professionals must exercise independent judgment and use tools appropriate and authorised for the intended purpose. This notice does not remove the developer’s legal obligations or replace each product’s safety and performance requirements.

4. Regulatory status

Whether software qualifies as a medical device depends, among other factors, on its intended purpose and functions. An educational disclaimer does not waive applicable regulatory requirements. Check official, product-specific information. This site does not claim Anvisa or FDA approval, CE marking or endorsement by medical societies. Anvisa — Software como Dispositivo Médico ↗.

6. Reporting issues

If you identify an error, unexpected result or outdated reference, stop relying on that information and report the issue to [email protected], without identifiable personal or clinical data.
